ZektaBank is a brand and product operated by Zentara Business LLC, a company registered in the United States.
ZektaBank is not a bank. ZektaBank is a technology platform. Payment, account, and card services are provided by regulated third-party partners, subject to their own terms, availability, and eligibility requirements. Zentara Business LLC does not directly hold or manage customer funds.

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. As a financial services platform, we are required by law to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) process.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account if identity verification fails, if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, if you provide false information, or if required by law or our financial partners.
Subject to eligibility and approval, ZektaBank may offer payment accounts (USD, EUR, GBP), virtual and physical payment cards, domestic and international transfers (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT), stablecoin-related services where available, and transaction monitoring tools.
All services are subject to the terms and conditions of our regulated financial partners and applicable law.
Fees for our services are described on our pricing page and within the platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of the Service, including third-party fees.
You may not use ZektaBank for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, purchasing illegal goods or services, circumventing security measures, or any activity prohibited by our financial partners or applicable law.
Cards issued through ZektaBank are subject to spending limits, withdrawal limits, and usage restrictions that may vary by account type and plan. You are responsible for all authorized transactions made with your card. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or loss.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or at the request of our financial partners. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to any legal holds or investigations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentara Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zentara Business LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Zentara Business LLC is registered. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
